Vision2 is bitcoin mining management software in the full sense: one operating system for the fleet, the repair shop, the warehouse, the trucks, the invoices and the people — built on the floor of working mines, not adapted from retail ERP templates.
01 — THE CATEGORY
An ERP for crypto mining has to manage resources a normal business never sees: thousands of ASIC miners identified by serial and hashboard, megawatts of metered power billed per client, machines that shuttle between farms, repair centres and customers, and revenue that settles in BTC or USDC as often as in fiat. Generic ERPs — SAP, Odoo, Zoho — model products, warehouses and ledgers. They have no native idea of hashrate, kWh billing or a hashboard swap.
So mining companies improvise: an accounting package here, a fleet dashboard there, and spreadsheets for everything in between — machine registers, repair logs, shipment lists, petty cash. Every handoff between those tools is retyped by a human, and every retype is a place money leaks. A true mining farm software stack replaces that with one system where the machine, its power, its repairs and its invoices are the same record from intake to settlement.
