The repair bay serves your own fleet and hosted clients' machines side by side. Ownership stays straight, hosted clients get billed correctly, and fleet machines return to their containers with their history intact.
Machines under manufacturer warranty are flagged before a dirham is billed; RMA shipments to and from the manufacturer are tracked like any other leg, with receipts confirmed serial by serial.

Yes — that's the core of it. A miner's ticket can carry multiple hashboard jobs, each tracked separately with its own technician, findings and parts. Board-level and machine-level work roll up into one repair record and one invoice.
Manufacturer warranty is checked against records (including Bitmain) and flagged on the job, so warranty work doesn't get billed by mistake. Machines routed to manufacturer RMA are tracked as their own flow, including shipping legs and returns.
