Client fleets, live
Every customer profile shows their miners with serials, models and live hashrate — the CRM record and Foreman telemetry are one screen, not two departments.
VISION2 // CRYPTO CRM · DUBAI, UAE
Vision2 is a crypto CRM and blockchain-era client platform for mining farms, hosting providers and ASIC repair centres. Every customer record carries their machines, their power, their repairs and their money — live, in one command center, instead of five spreadsheets.
01 — THE CATEGORY
A crypto CRMis a customer relationship management system designed for companies whose clients own digital-asset infrastructure or settle in cryptocurrency. A traditional CRM knows a customer's name, emails and deal stage. It has no concept of the things a mining business actually manages every day: which ASIC miners a client owns, whether those machines are hashing right now, how many kilowatt-hours they burned this month, which units are sitting in the repair shop, and whether the invoice for all of it should be settled in BTC, USDC or dirhams.
Teams try to bridge that gap with spreadsheets bolted onto a generic CRM — one sheet for machines, one for hosting bills, a WhatsApp thread for repairs. The result is the same everywhere: account managers who can't answer “what's the status of my miners?” without asking three departments, and revenue leaking between systems that don't talk. A purpose-built CRM for crypto closes that gap by making the client record and the operational record the same record.
02 — THE SYSTEM
Every customer profile shows their miners with serials, models and live hashrate — the CRM record and Foreman telemetry are one screen, not two departments.
Metered kWh and uptime per client become hosting invoices automatically. Rate cards per site, statements of account, and collections that know who's overdue.
Each machine's full service passport: intake, diagnosis, hashboard work, QC, delivery — with client-visible status and warranty checks against manufacturer records.
Issue and reconcile invoices in BTC, USDC, AED or USD. Repair bills build themselves from workshop line items; hosting bills from power data.
Leads, deals, targets and per-agent attainment on the sales side; ageing receivables, reminders and statements on the collections side.
The CRM is one lens of a full mining ERP — shipping, inventory, HR, projects and finance share the same records, so nothing is retyped twice.
03 — THE DIFFERENCE
The difference isn't features on a checklist — it's whether the system understands mining.

04 — IN THE FIELD
Track every client's machines across containers and zones, meter their power, and turn consumption into hosting invoices at each site's rate card. Uptime is measured against the fleet's live telemetry, so billing disputes end with data instead of arguments.
Every serial gets a passport: intake, diagnosis, hashboard work, parts used, QC and delivery. Clients get status without calling; the workshop gets a priority queue; invoices assemble themselves from the actual line items, with manufacturer warranty checked automatically.
Leads and deals flow into the same client records that later carry hosting and repairs — so a buyer becomes a hosted client becomes a repair customer without ever being re-entered. Targets, attainment and commissions read from paid invoices, not promises.
05 — RUNNING IN PRODUCTION
Vision2 wasn't assembled from a CRM template — it was born in Dubai and hardened inside working mining facilities, where thousands of machines, dozens of hosting clients and a busy repair centre run through it daily. The blockchain CRMlayer — clients, deals, statements, crypto invoicing — sits on the same operating system that runs repairs, shipping, inventory, projects and finance. That's the point: customer relationships in this industry are made of machines, power and money, and your CRM should see all three.

06 — FAQ
A crypto CRM is a customer relationship management system built for businesses whose clients own digital-asset infrastructure or pay in cryptocurrency. Beyond contacts and deals, it tracks each client's miners and hashrate, hosting contracts and power consumption, repair history, statements of account and crypto-native invoices — things a generic CRM has no concept of.
Generic CRMs stop at contacts, emails and pipelines. A crypto mining CRM connects each customer record to live operational data: which ASICs they own, whether those machines are hashing right now, what power they consumed this month, which units are in the repair shop, and what they owe — billable in BTC, USDC or fiat. In Vision2 the CRM record and the machine telemetry are the same system, so account managers see the truth without asking engineering.
Yes. Invoices can be issued and reconciled crypto-natively alongside fiat (AED/USD), including hosting invoices generated from metered kWh consumption, repair invoices generated from workshop line items, and statements of account per client.
Mining farms, hosting providers, ASIC repair centres and brokers who manage real clients with real machines. It was born in Dubai and runs day-to-day operations for industrial facilities — the CRM is one lens of a full ERP that includes repairs, shipping, inventory, HR and finance.
